- Yes — completely free, no account, and no usage limit. Paste as many postings as you want.
- Does my job description get uploaded anywhere?
- No. The scan runs entirely in your browser. The posting never touches our servers — unlike most tools, which send it off to an API.
- How do you decide must-have vs nice-to-have?
- We read how the posting frames each skill. Listed under a requirements section, or with words like “required” or “must”, it's a must-have. Listed under a preferred or nice-to-have section, or marked “a plus”, it's nice-to-have. It's a transparent rule, not a hidden score.
- What counts as a keyword?
- Concrete, ATS-relevant hard skills, tools and credentials — Python, AWS, Salesforce, HIPAA, Six Sigma, and the like. We deliberately skip buzzwords like “team player”: recruiters and applicant-tracking systems don't screen on those.
- Should I just stuff these keywords into my resume?
