Refund Policy

We'd rather you get the job and tell a friend than feel trapped by a charge. The base export is always free, and paid plans come with a simple, honest refund window.

The window

You can request a full refund of your first payment, for any reason, within 7 days of purchase— that's your Lifetime purchase or your first monthly charge. No questions asked.

How to request one

Email support@applyleaf.com from your registered email address with the subject “Refund request”. We process refunds within five business days; depending on your bank, the amount typically appears on your statement 5–10 business days after that.

What happens to your account

When a refund is issued, your paid access ends that day. Your saved résumés and history remain accessible on the free plan. To delete your account entirely, email support@applyleaf.com with “Privacy:” in the subject line.

Renewals and cancellation

Later monthly renewals fall outside the 7-day window and aren't automatically refundable — but you can cancel auto-renewal any time in one click from your dashboard and keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. We'll still make exceptions for genuine billing errors or significant service problems, regardless of timing.

How payments are handled

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, and refunds are returned to your original payment method. We never store your card details.
