Apply Leaf is operated by FrostPeak Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA.

You must be 18 or older — or 16–17 with the consent of a parent or legal guardian — and you must agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy to use Apply Leaf.

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, so keep your email secure. One account per person — account sharing and creating multiple accounts to evade limits are not allowed.

The free plan includes the resume builder, one saved tailored resume at a time, and full-quality PDF & .docx export that carries a small “Made with Apply Leaf” line in the page footer. Paid plans (monthly, or a one-time Lifetime purchase with no renewals) unlock unlimited tailoring, matching cover letters, and clean exports without that line. Monthly plans renew automatically through Stripe until you cancel, which you can do in one click from your dashboard. Current prices and limits are always stated on the pricing page.

We offer a 7-day, no-questions refund on your first payment (your Lifetime purchase or your first monthly charge). Full details are in our Refund Policy.

The localization and tailoring features produce suggestions to help you. They are guidance, not a promise of any outcome — we don't guarantee interviews or job offers. The AI never invents experience you don't have, and you decide which suggestions to keep. Independent. Not affiliated with any employer, job board, or applicant tracking system (ATS) vendor.

Don't misuse the service — including submitting content you have no right to use, harassment, scraping or reverse-engineering, circumventing limits, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You own your resume data. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service. Your exports and generated documents are yours to keep and use.

FrostPeak Ventures LLC owns the Apply Leaf website, templates, design, code and brand. You may use them to create your own resumes; you may not copy, republish or resell the product itself.

Apply Leafis provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don't offer a formal uptime guarantee, and maintenance or upgrades may cause occasional downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, FrostPeak Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify FrostPeak Ventures LLC against claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@applyleaf.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or if we discontinue the service.

We'll update the date above when these terms change and notify you by email about material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
