Privacy Policy

Apply Leaf is operated by FrostPeak Ventures LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. You can reach us any time at support@applyleaf.com.

• Your email address — required for passwordless (magic-link) sign-in.
• Your résumé content — the profile you build, files you upload for a Roast, and the critiques, glow-ups and localized versions generated from them.
• Subscription & payment metadata via Stripe — your plan, status and renewal date. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical logs — IP address, browser/user-agent and timestamps, kept up to 30 days for debugging and abuse prevention.

We use this data to build, preview and export your résumés; to sign you in by magic link; to run the Roast, Glow-up, localization and tailoring features; to enforce plan limits; to process payments; to investigate abuse; and to improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your résumés to train any AI model.

We rely on a small set of trusted processors:

• Supabase — authentication, database and hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing (card data is handled entirely by Stripe).
• An AI processing provider — to generate critiques and rewrites from your résumé text. Content sent for processing is not used to train their models.
• A transactional email provider — to deliver magic-link sign-in emails.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this policy first.

You can request a copy of your data (in JSON), ask us to correct it, or delete your account entirely. Email support@applyleaf.com with “Privacy:”in the subject line and we'll action it within five business days.

Your profile and résumés are kept until you delete them or close your account. Technical logs are deleted after 30 days. After an account deletion we remove your content promptly, except where we must retain limited billing records to meet legal obligations.

Apply Leaf is operated from the United States. By using it, you understand your data may be processed in the US and other countries where our processors operate.

Apply Leaf is intended for adults (18+) and for users aged 16–17 who have a parent or guardian's consent. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if you believe a child under 16 has created an account, email support@applyleaf.comand we'll remove it.

We'll update the date above when this policy changes and email you about material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
