Apply Leaf is built and operated by FrostPeak Ventures LLC, a software company registered in Wyoming, USA. It's a small, independent operation — no investors steering the product, no advertising network deciding what you see.
Why it exists
Plenty of strong candidates get auto-rejected for reasons that have nothing to do with their ability: a résumé formatted for a different country, vague bullets that hide real impact, or a layout an applicant tracking system (ATS) silently fails to parse. Those are all fixable — so we built a tool that fixes them honestly, and shows you exactly what changed.
What we believe
